How to use
Instructions: 1. Apply color to clean lips. 2. Let dry 60 seconds, don't press lips together. 3. Apply moisturizing topcoat for shine and comfort. Use as a lip balm to refresh throughout the day. To remove Outlast, use CoverGirl Clean Makeup Remover for eyes and lips or baby oil. Good for 36 months once opened.
