Who we are
The online shop at amimarkt.ch and amimarkt.com is run by OSE Enterprises, LLC, Bixby, Oklahoma, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at kontakt@amimarkt.ch.
Our shop is meant for private customers. If you want to buy for resale or in large quantities, please write to us first.
Our products
We sell products made for the American market and ship them from the USA. This means:
- Packaging, labels and instructions are usually in English.
- Sizes and quantities are often given in American units, such as ounces or fluid ounces.
- Electrical items may be designed for American sockets and voltage. Please check the product details before you order.
- Manufacturers sometimes change packaging, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the pictures.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, based on the manufacturer's information. Always read the label and instructions before use. The information in our shop is not medical advice.
All brand names belong to their owners. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with the manufacturers whose products we sell.
Prices and payment
The prices in our shop include Swiss VAT and import duties. Delivery charges are added at checkout, and you see the total before you place your order.
You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place your order.
If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a technical error, we may cancel the order. You then get a full refund.
Your order
When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy the products in your cart. We email you right away to confirm that we received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your order.
The contract is concluded when we email you that your order has shipped. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item is no longer available, we let you know as soon as possible and refund what you paid in full.
Delivery and customs
We ship from the USA with DHL Express or UPS to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery times shown in our shop and at checkout are estimates. Your parcel can sometimes take longer, for example during customs clearance or busy periods.
We take care of customs clearance for you. For this, the carrier and the customs authorities receive your name, address, phone number and a description and value of the goods.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If your parcel can't be delivered, the carrier will try to contact you. If it comes back to us, we'll get in touch to find a solution.
Returns and refunds
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. How returns, refunds and damaged or wrong items work is explained on our Returns and refunds page.
Faulty goods
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage or fault as soon as you notice it. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected by these terms.
Liability
We are liable for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Otherwise, our liability is excluded as far as the law permits. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to its label or instructions.
Using our website
The texts, images and design of our shop belong to us or to our partners. You may not copy them for commercial purposes without our permission.
We try to keep the shop available and the information in it up to date, but we can't guarantee that it is always error-free or available without interruption.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms and all contracts with us are governed by Swiss law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
If you live in Liechtenstein, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of Liechtenstein. As a consumer, you can always bring a claim before the courts at your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown in our shop when you placed your order.
