Suggested Use:
Shake Well Before Use. 1. Take a cotton pad and saturate with the remover. 2. Place over eyes; hold for 10 seconds to let the remover work its magic! 3. Gently wipe away to remove wisps and Bond \& Seal. Clean \& Reuse Wisps: Step 1: Place WISPS on a cotton pad or paper towel. 2. Drop some remover onto the wisps. Let sit for 10 seconds. 3. Saturate a cotton swab with remover \& work gently to wipe away any Bond \& Seal residue on the wisps.
