Suggested Use
>- Shake the KISS Magnetic Eyeliner bottle well before use.
- Apply eyeliner along the lash line in a smooth, unbroken line, and allow it to dry completely.
- Place the magnetic lashes directly onto the eyeliner to secure them.
- To remove: Use a makeup remover (preferably oil-based). Soak a cotton swab and gently wipe along the lash line.
